LEECHY'S ULTIMATE HARBOUR CROSS TRAINING

Guy Leech aquatic fitness sessions are cross training focused & include some sand running, body weight & core strength exercises as well as the paddling component. We try to bring to the sessions a fun element, variety & technical advice that will result in you becoming leaner, meaner & fitter. Open to anyone & no paddling experience necessary.

 

 

MANLY HARBOUR - Training Sessions:

  • Mon: 6.30am - 7.30am // Advanced (Surf Ski)
  • Tue: 6.30am - 7.30am // Intermediate to Advanced (Running shoes required)
  • Wed: 6.30am - 7.30am // Beginners to Intermediate
  • Fri: 6.30am - 7.30am // Beginners to Intermediate

 BALMORAL - Training Session:

  • Thurs: 6.30am - 7.30am // Beginners to Advanced
  • Wed: 6.30am - 7.30am // Surf Ski (bring your own Surf Ski)

 

NORTHBRIDGE - Training Sessions:

  • Mon: 6.30am - 7.30am // Beginners to Intermediate
  • Wed: 6.30am - 7.30am // Beginners to Intermediate
  • Wed: 9.30am - 10.30am // Women's Class / Beginners to Intermediate
  • Fri: 9.30am - 10.30am // Women's Class / Beginners to Intermediate
