I recently read a newspaper article dealing with women’s health. Based on what you hear in the media you’d be excused for thinking that breast cancer is the greatest risk facing Australian women.
You’d be wrong.
Whilst breast cancer has received enormous media profile, largely thanks to the efforts of Sarah Murdoch and the late Jane McGrath, it actually ranks about fifth in common causes of death for females in Australia and many of the common causes of death can be linked back to one underlying cause: Lifestyle choices.
